Pros

clients, local colleagues, volunteers (all unrelated to FEDCAP)

Cons

So many: questionable senior leadership (look these folk's names up in the news, seriously), profit-driven in reality (mission is lip service), questionable financials, culture of mistrust and disrespect, NY-driven decisions without interest in input from staff/clients/local stakeholders, horribly slow/incompetent corporate services (IT, HR, development, facility, etc.], no cost of living raises/bonuses, understaffing, unrealistic KPIs for managers, tone deaf to cultural responsiveness to disability community, anti-creativity and community, disingenuous communications, etc. etc. In my experience: Accounts Payable rarely paid contractors or rent on time. IT took months and months to set up internet, install phones, etc. HR provided inadequate training and poor employee support. Development lost donations and failed to thank donors or send acknowledgement letters. CEO gave herself a $250,000 bonus while hourly staff couldn't even get a dollar raise or small bonus after several years of service. Need I go on? Run away from this company!
