coworkers are nice which i believe is because we are all in the same situation, trying to get out.
Cons
low pay, too much work, management is very disrespectful to staff, no work life balance, benefits are terrible and expensive! very high turnover, oh and i cant stress how much micro-managing goes on throughout the day. the CEO is not paying enough attention to what goes on in the organization. i would rather go back to school and get a higher degree than be working it. its a very stressful environment. management needs training. they are very disrespectful to staff. too much work for the little pay and the worse benefits of any non profits ive ever worked for. with the type of population staff has to work with, you would think there would be better benefits and more appreciation. Go work somewhere else !
