      Pros

      It beats not getting paid by anyone, I guess.

      Cons

      Toxic management, constant blame-shifting, chronic favoritism, dangerous work environment, and lack of an adequate work-life balance. There's also little-to-no room for advancement within the company or any particular facility. They have pretty much have everything that you'd love to hate in an employer.

      Pros

      You're able to learn a lot about what the job offers. Always something new, which is good for the position.

      Cons

      A lot of the things that needed to be fixed were beyond your control, and working with corporates, sometimes you have to fight for what you want.
