      Pros

      Can be interesting. Chance for advancement if willing to re-locate. Salary is competitive in my field. Used to love working here, but company has changed too much.

      Cons

      Regional management does not back facility management. Terrible pay for officers. Driven by money alone. Company has hired unqualified people in upper management that are judgemental, but not helpful.

      Pros

      You're able to learn a lot about what the job offers. Always something new, which is good for the position.

      Cons

      A lot of the things that needed to be fixed were beyond your control, and working with corporates, sometimes you have to fight for what you want.
