THERE ARE NO PROS BESIDES HELPING OUR CLIENTS THAT YOU GET TO HELP THOSE WHO WERE INCARCERATED REINTEGRATE BACK INTO SOCIETY SUCCESSFULLY

Management treat their staff poorly Too much favoritism Higher up staff treat the residents poorly Sick is tied into the PTO time, not separate You have to work the scheduled work days before and after a holiday to be paid PAY SUCKS. A new employee will get paid more than you and you have to train them I am looking for another job so I can get out of here, this is a horrible and unprofessional place and I wouldn't ever work for this company even if they paid more. NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT, BENEFITS COST WAY TOO MUCH AND UNAFFORDABLE IF YOU HAVE RENT. THEY TREAT THE NEW STAFF LIKE ROYALTY AND THE ONES THAT BEEN WORKING FOR YEARS LIKE CRAP
