Pros
The fellow coworkers that did help out, and that did believe in teamwork. There were some that I did make great friends with. I learned so much that helped me further my career else where. I would say benefits, but I had the benefits that carried over from the company that GEO bought out. I always ended up getting good yearly reviews.
Cons
Some coworkers believed that they should not have done certain things like drug screens because they had seniority, they did not do well with team work. There was a lot of work overload. There were times some case managers would have to do 2 groups at a time, or do group and cover the front desk. I feel that they punish the entire staff for one staff members wrong doing and do not point out to which staff member is doing wrong. There is quick burn out in the job, and very little staff to cover time off. I felt as if case manager is as far as you can go in this company.
