Pros
During the opening of the office it was a fun place to work and everyone seemed to get along and worked together well. It was hectic being a new office, but we did the best we could and things started to come together. We had a good case managers. What was lacking was a good leader.
Cons
As time went on things began to spiral out of control. When we had problems with our Supervisor and would go to her directly for resolution. Nothing would get resolved!!! We would then take it up the chain. The Assist Director would take it to the Director who would then squash it all together. The true problems is, this is an office that is infected with nepotism!!! There is no secret here that the Direct has her handful of favorites. Everyone in the office knows it and feels it.
