      The holidays and PTO is very good for a new employee. Coworkers are nice and most employees are treated well.

      Cons

      Hard to move up and there are high expectations. Pay is low based on industry standards.

      You're able to learn a lot about what the job offers. Always something new, which is good for the position.

      Cons

      A lot of the things that needed to be fixed were beyond your control, and working with corporates, sometimes you have to fight for what you want.
