      Employees and lower managers strive to act according to rules and regulations and create a safe environment for staff and inmates.

      Cons

      Top level management disregards employment law, safety regulations, and anything else that allows them to realize monetary gain. Their impulse is to act without concern for employees and to use threats and intimidation to control staff.

      You're able to learn a lot about what the job offers. Always something new, which is good for the position.

      Cons

      A lot of the things that needed to be fixed were beyond your control, and working with corporates, sometimes you have to fight for what you want.
