      Pros

      Excellent network of other FSM throughout the region. As long as you follow policy, procedures and enforce code no one can get in your way to perform the job. Regional and Corporate management support is strong. Locally you can only rely on your Warden. You start with 18 days off and very cheap medical insurance (managers only).

      Cons

      Pay sucks. Half what the industry pays Safety Managers. Politics....politics...politics.....

      Pros

      You're able to learn a lot about what the job offers. Always something new, which is good for the position.

      Cons

      A lot of the things that needed to be fixed were beyond your control, and working with corporates, sometimes you have to fight for what you want.
