      Pros

      There's always overtime available. Dealing with parole agents and law enforcement make the job seem more exciting at times.

      Cons

      Terrible pay scale. Chairs are uncomfortable. Dealing with parolees can be really aggravating due to their shockingly horrendous communication skills and low IQ.

      You're able to learn a lot about what the job offers. Always something new, which is good for the position.

      Cons

      A lot of the things that needed to be fixed were beyond your control, and working with corporates, sometimes you have to fight for what you want.
