Colorado offices are not considered “real DRC’s” as they do not function the same as the DRC's in other states, so Colorado offices are often over looked and not considered in company decisions. Offices with greater caseloads do not offered the case managers any compensation for the extremely large case load they required to carry. It is made very clear to you by upper management “ you just work here” and are very replaceable!
