      The best reason for me was being able to help those that needed a second chance. Co-workers were like family

      Management was lacking in looking out for the welfare of its employees, working there was sometimes like working for a dysfunctional police force just a complete lack of communication

      You're able to learn a lot about what the job offers. Always something new, which is good for the position.

      Cons

      A lot of the things that needed to be fixed were beyond your control, and working with corporates, sometimes you have to fight for what you want.
