      The GEO Group provides excellent training, medical benefits, and advancement opportunities to employees who show initiative, expertise, and growth in their current position.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, Administrations does not care at all about staff, long hours with little compensation or appreciation, employees are often reprimanded as harshly as possible under what is supposed to be a "progressive" disciplinary policy.

      Pros

      You're able to learn a lot about what the job offers. Always something new, which is good for the position.

      Cons

      A lot of the things that needed to be fixed were beyond your control, and working with corporates, sometimes you have to fight for what you want.
