Leadership is Arrogant, Condescending, Political, Uncaring, CORRUPT, and ONLY interested in their job preservation and promotion, and this mind set trucked down to every corner of the company. I’m highly educated and very successful working for Fortune 500 companies at the executive level - 20 years at the time of employment with Geo - and have yet to see or experience such a toxic company. Do NOT even consider working for this company unless leadership has been completely replaced, which will probably never happen as this is Zoley’s company and he’ll never leave. Corrupt leaders like Wierdsma and Zahner only further deteriorate an already hostile company
