Management doesn't support it's employees, they don't do anything about hostile work environments when it's reported. No one works as a team and people go behind others backs to get them in trouble. Employees that work their butts off are treated like crap but the people that screw up or are super lazy nothing happens to them. Not a very welcoming work environment
