Pros

Potential company advancement Interacting with the participants Learning new data entry systems Noting else..the job requires a lot of work.

Cons

Pay is very LOW! One could never survive in big city making roughly 1,800 per month. That doesn't even include dental, vision and medical benefits. GEO spends way too much money on irrlevant things as if their trying to impress their employees, but realistically they don't care. The company is requires you to work 9 hours per day with an hour lunch. The unpaid hours lunch is a total waste of time. More people don't even take their hour lunch, they just sit back and watch their timecard until the hour is over. GEO has enough profit to pay their employees more and switch to 8 hours shifts. Also, the family is open on all holidays!

Pros

You're able to learn a lot about what the job offers. Always something new, which is good for the position.

Cons

A lot of the things that needed to be fixed were beyond your control, and working with corporates, sometimes you have to fight for what you want.
