Pros

Not all employees were toxic, just the revenue department under new leadership.

Cons

Revenue department manager was not a qualified leader and destroyed the department upon arrival. Upper management plays favoritism, spends much time with closed doors talking about sports with their buddies, and if you are female and good looking, the COO will have you in his office quite frequently for "chats". Success followed those who brown nose, for example, bringing your revenue manager her favorite coffee after lunch did the trick for one individual. Leadership is not transparent, they put a smile to staff and put best efforts to take them down behind their backs. The company treats their staff like their product... prisoners. They underpay and overwork. Terrible work life balance.

Pros

You're able to learn a lot about what the job offers. Always something new, which is good for the position.

Cons

A lot of the things that needed to be fixed were beyond your control, and working with corporates, sometimes you have to fight for what you want.
