      You may find a few good people mixed with rest.

      Cons

      Poorly managed, poorly ran, favoritism, micromanaged by terrible leadership, cover up, don’t want to improve, shut up & do as asked, immoral or not. Salary is 60 plus hours, not 40.

      Pros

      You're able to learn a lot about what the job offers. Always something new, which is good for the position.

      Cons

      A lot of the things that needed to be fixed were beyond your control, and working with corporates, sometimes you have to fight for what you want.
