Lots of optional overtime, no stress, supervisors are good, lots of lateral job openings so you could get a lot of experience.

Cons

Dated lab space and depending on where you work there is little workspace, not much room for growth upwards.

Pros

There's a ~2% raise every year and a bonus in March/December. PTO starts at 19 days a year. 401k, dental, vision. This is a career spot for many analysts due to the ability to work 4am-12, 12-8, or a normal shift in between.

Cons

Everyone moves between labs so you can learn more but there's not a lot of vertical growth.
