No understanding of quality early child care with group size and caregiver continuity. Horrible ratios and no support if you are out of ratio. Small classrooms No quality toys and resources in the classroom. No places for children to climb and explore. No dress up clothes are allowed because there is no washer provided to clean them daily. Toys are all Plastic and not changed often. Playground is sterile and children don't have enough to keep them busy. It just looks clean. Very unsupported by management. Looks good on paper it's all a show to get money.
