Pros

Well known preschool, majority of the parents are nice, pretty clean, management usually gives praise for job well done and notices things teachers do to make their rooms better, nice coworkers, nice owners/managers

Cons

The new employees have late hours, many people are underpaid for the amount of work they complete in comparison to the amount parents pay for tuition, some co-workers are underachievers and are burnt out and they are still highly compensated just because they have been with the school for a number of years. College degrees hold no leverage.

Pros

The kids are great and the teachers are cool too.

Cons

Management has issues with micromanaging. You can be 3 min late to work and you could be fired. Ridiculous. They expect you to cater to them and put your life on the back burner. They also hire a lot of college students so I guess they expect everyone to be as flexible as college students who usually don’t have any real obligation outside of work. The hours also very inconsistent and not full time as I was hired for. Unorganized as well.
