Pros
The hours are good, 10-6 is bad. 2 days off a week, but it's never the same 2 days off
Cons
Leadership is problematic. Wants to come to you in the end to save face but during my time there we had just about zero leadership. Poor communication from the top down, always changing pay structure every month making it harder to get paid, or get paid at all (yes they punished you for not meeting their high expectations). They way I look at it, they want sales people, but will never attract the right kind of sales person for the job. I'd say about 99 percent of sales people go into sales to make 100k plus. Here it was looking more and more like half of that plus all the added requirements like follow ups, team meetings and training every week. If you're starting out in sales, I would recommend finding somewhere else that will treat you with respect and help you grow. Good feet did not do that for me. It felt like every milestone I hit was met with a bigger bridge to cross.
