Pros

-Very friendly co-workers -Supervisors do their best to give you hours -Higher quality training than ABA clinics in the area

Cons

-Not even remotely close to a livable wage -High stress situations occur frequently -No room for improvement within the company without a Masters degree -Incredibly high turnover rate, with most new hires leaving within a few months & longer tenured employees leaving due to continued low wages/absence of raises -Owner of the company does not engage with employees; owner openly acknowledges lack of a livable wage for behavior technicians via memes posted to the company Facebook

The Gregory Center for Applied Behavior Analysis Response

Since this review in 2022, the State of PA has made changes that allow for advancement without a master's degree! Additionally, we have issued many raises and now have one of the highest full-time hourly rates in ABA in NEPA! As the CEO I do everything I can to make sure all of my employees' needs are met.

Pros

The company strives to provide the best ABA services for all of their clients. Their programming is thorough and they go above and beyond to make accommodations for staff.

Cons

Schedules get hectic due to client illness and cancellation but that is honestly the nature of working with kids!
