Hello! Thanks for the review. I appreciate you feedback regarding the collaboration among staff. We strive to provide you with the best possible supervision opportunities which involve real time feedback and coaching. It is difficult working in schools with no supervisors present but you can reach out daily via email, phone or text with questions or concerns and your supervisor will reply quickly. It seems like a good idea to schedule the supervisions on a regular schedule but often these appointments would have to get rescheduled due to day to day needs of staff and clients. For example, our supervisors keep a flexible schedule to allow them to come to you off-site when it's needed. If a client or staff are having a difficult time, supervisors can drop what they are doing to respond to you with a same-day or next-day visit. We will keep in mind that some staff prefer scheduled visits and it's important for you to tell your supervisor your preference so she can accommodate to the best of her ability.
