We have a great program for our Head Start and Early Head Start. Most recently, we were awarded our own grant to directly provide these services. While it is unclear which location this staff member had worked, our buildings are all maintained well and meet State of Michigan Child Care licensing standards which are very strict. It is also important to share that we conduct exit interviews with all staff that leave voluntarily. The information included is this review is radically different than the feedback we have received from staff through our internal process or feedback from the union as well.
