      Good starting salary with the company. There are a lot of talented people who work at the company. Overall a good first job.

      Terrible career advancement opportunities withing the company. Operationally the company is in ruins. Most employees are overworked and upset with the environment.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
