Pros
Overall the pay is pretty good, 20 days of PTO, and good benefits. The company seems to care about their employees and promotes and inclusive working environment. The company and leadership have been AMAZING at dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and were quick to institute a work for home policy.
Cons
Could give more attention to satellite offices. They tend to get forgotten when perks are given out, unless you’re in the office company headquarters, your read about fun things happening / perks but do not get to experience them. For example chair massages or events.
