Pros
Very stable company. One of the leading competitors in their own industry. Upper management does a fine job keeping company profitable and successful.
Cons
Moving up in the company is extremely difficult if you are not located at their head office in Worcester, MA. Some departments are split up in multiple cities, which makes it difficult to receive equal attention in areas of job performance review, office culture, upward opportunities, etc. Oftentimes, people are not recognized or even acknowledged for pulling the weight of several others.
