      None, other then working remote.

      Cons

      They express patience and understanding however their not. The people they put in management positions are new , very unprofessional, show quick favoritism towards the younger folks, and they come across as very caddy.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
