Great work-life balance, co-workers and managers communicate well, good pay and benefits. I originally started as an intern, and was then offered a full time position. As an intern, I loved that they were accommodating to my class schedule, and cared about me as a person, not just an employee. There are also SO MANY fun events for employees, to keep work fun and interesting, from department lunches at local restaurants, to apple picking, to trips to the park. I recommend this company to anyone!
