      First and foremost the people are great. Next, company leadership and strategy is focusing on all the right things. This is a company that is moving fast in the right direction. Despite the market factors, Hanover is and will succeed.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
