      Pros

      My experience has been fantastic from the hiring process through to the training. I have been in the insurance industry for several years and the training at Hanover is exceptional. Everyone is happy to take the time to help and there is a true sense of caring and belonging that I didn't think existed any longer. There is a drive to grow considerably however there is a collaborative effort to help get you there. The pay and bonus structure are very good and I'm glad I made the change.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
