      Laid back, some flexible work arrangements exist. Growing company. Company promotes great culture but that is changing.

      Cons

      Not a lot of accountability. Company asks more of top performers and less of mediocre performers, resulting in retention of low performers. Pay lower than competitors.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
