Cons
The expectations of what this job entails is not clearly communicated during the interview process. The turn overate is at an all time high and employees do not want to come to work because they are being overworked. No additional compensation for advanced skilled trainings. This is more than just taking payments, you are an unlicensed insurance agent that is expected to handle long list of request from employees and agents with in an certain time frame (8 min). Opportunities for growth with in the company are based on favoritism. They compare you to your teammates who may have more skills or more experience and base that off of bonuses instead of your skills and experience. Makes no sense!
