      Pros

      TheHartford has surpassed my expectations and is by far the best company I have worked with. It has the most supportive management I have ever had who gives very high importance to individual's career growth . Surprised at how willing the busy leaders are in mentoring upcoming resources.

      Benefits, pay, flexibility and environment

      Cons

      High workload, minimal adjustments to metrics, lots of system issues, not enough active mentoring, terrible communication between departments/teams at times especially HR, employee benefits & claims, and management.
