      Seriously some of the best teammates someone can work with. Company with serious brand recognition & foot print.

      Cons

      CEO is terrible, ELT is useless. Poor compensation, constant reduction in benefits, remote work eliminated.

      Benefits, pay, flexibility and environment

      Cons

      High workload, minimal adjustments to metrics, lots of system issues, not enough active mentoring, terrible communication between departments/teams at times especially HR, employee benefits & claims, and management.
