Business Outlook
Pros
You will work alongside top-notch individuals. The staff at Haskell is elite and you will learn a great deal. It's a very cooperate environment (in a good way) with a fast pace (feels like you're working at big firm with tons of people around you hitting deadlines, etc.). Certainly not a boring place.
Cons
At Haskell there is a considerable amount of Execs, VP's, and Directors that are not job costed. Therefore, a good amount of overhead is required to support these higher salaries. The result is that lower/middle tier employees don't get paid well. You will be working your tail off for much less. However, if you advance to a more senior level you will be paid very well.
