Pros

-No entry level training in the recruiting space, usually means they need to hire experienced recruiters @ higher base salary for those recruiters needing to make a quick bump up in their initial take-home if feel they aren't compensated adequately at their current job. -Commission structure is account driven, earning potential very high.

Cons

-Wild-wild West regarding candidate ownership, more internal competition with your colleagues than externally with other suppliers. That's backwards, and builds issues with establishing a solid company culture. -Leadership/management - Lack of trust, transparency, flexibility, and constantly contradicting communication regarding performance/expectations. You can have offers/starts within 2 weeks but also be terminated the same week for having to miss a half-day for a personal emergency (even with alotted PTO time to use). BE CAUTIOUS ACCEPTING A ROLE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Thanks for your review. We offer a comprehensive training and mentoring program for all our recruiters. This program includes a week-long group training session at the corporate headquarters. Staffing is often a very competitive industry, but we have built supportive culture where we push each other while still being compassionate. If you have any questions in the future, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@judge.com.

Pros

Great company to work for. Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Judge Group!

Cons

Some of the larger accounts moved a bit slower than normal - but great sales people were usually able to push clients for feedback/next steps in a timely manner.

Pros

I had a contract for 3.5 years and during my contract it was fine. Only reason it ended was I maxed out my time.

Cons

and during my contract it was fine but when it came to the contract ending I have reached out to four separate recruiters asking for support finding the next role and only one got back to me. I am very qualified for many of the roles and sent along the roles I was interested in , even ones that were entry level. So when their website says "We will be with you every step of the way..."
