Pros

-Beautiful, state-of-the-art HQ building in KOP (luckily my office!) -Friendly, social work environment -You get out of it what you put in (you control your paycheck -> the more effort you are willing to put in, the more $ you'll make! -My first job out of college - great training program for recruiters. No previous experience is necessary, you'll be given all the tools you need to succeed. -Uncapped commission. -Weekends off (for the most part)

Cons

-No 401K Match (Really bugs me!) -Benefits package isn't the best -Strict hours for salaried employees -Everyone is there to support you in the beginning but then once you start doing well, it's a VERY competitive work environment. (But what can you really expect when your coworkers are your direct competition) -Very strict on closing for snow days/bad weather. (Not sure why this is since we all have remote access & could easily just work from home) -No overtime offered. (If you're looking for an 8-5 M-F position, do not work here. You'll be putting in 50-60 hours in a week if you do the job right.) -Limited holidays off

The Judge Group Response

Thank you for your review of The Judge Group. We greatly value employee feedback and are always looking at ways we can improve our organization. It is our goal to put our employees in a position to succeed, especially in the fast paced, ultra-competitive, and time intensive industry of staffing and recruiting. That is why we put such focus on training new employees and the on-going mentorship and leadership programs. We encourage all employees to communicate openly and regularly with their managers.

Pros

Great company to work for. Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Judge Group!

Cons

Some of the larger accounts moved a bit slower than normal - but great sales people were usually able to push clients for feedback/next steps in a timely manner.

Pros

I had a contract for 3.5 years and during my contract it was fine. Only reason it ended was I maxed out my time.

Cons

and during my contract it was fine but when it came to the contract ending I have reached out to four separate recruiters asking for support finding the next role and only one got back to me. I am very qualified for many of the roles and sent along the roles I was interested in , even ones that were entry level. So when their website says "We will be with you every step of the way..."
