Pros
Not many...I actually can't think of any.
Cons
Terribly long hours, it's exhausting. However, the hours wouldn't be a problem if employees (Recruiters) were paid decently. They pay practically minimum wage to perform an extremely tough and exhausting job with excruciating hours. 8am to 6pm and they ask and ask for more hours. Making 50-100 phone calls a day to individuals who don't want to be contacted (they scream at you for doing so) / who are not even slightly interested in the unfavorable positions Judge has to offer. Every call you make is full of lies lies and more lies to potential candidates. It's fraudulent and wrong. Judge staff members mock the cultures of candidates they speak to constantly. The number of phone calls you make is never enough. It's a numbers game, how many subs are you getting? Interviews? Placements? That would all be fine if the potential candidates were actually interested in the openings and actually followed through with the process, however, they never do. You're doomed to fail unless you're a higher up who gets to micro manage the rest of the staff "beneath" them while at the same time making a thousand percent more money than the recruiters who are actually doing the dirty work. Management is terrible. Management style is terrible. They don't care about getting to know you, you're a number, easily replaceable. Most of the staff is passive aggressive and caddy. You can't do anything without everyone whispering about it, making the environment hostile and uncomfortable. Nothing is private, everyone knows (even if you confidentially tell your manager). No room for growth. Don't expect a yearly raise / bonus bc it's NOT going to happen. I would never recommend this position / company to others. Interviewers may make it seem like it is such a great place to work, however, I can assure you they are lying in order to fill a seat (which may be full for a week before the person quits). Take my advice because I seriously wish I listened to the poor reviews I read before I started.
