Pros

Judge has many different departments, managers, etc. just like most well established companies. So, your mileage may vary depending upon your manager, etc. But, overall, I've personally found my division (Judge Consulting) to be a rewarding and very positive experience. Does Judge expect a lot from you? Yes. Does Judge recognize folks for their efforts? Absolutely, via salary bumps, bonuses, reward trips, team builder events, etc. Do I work with a lot of smart and talented folks? Definitely. Do I find the work challenging? Extremely. Do I feel Judge is fair (salary, hiring practices, opportunity, etc.)? Yes. Do I think Judge is a good fit for everyone? No. We're all in search of a niche where we can thrive and succeed. And, sometimes things just aren't a good fit. I get it - been there. And, while a majority of the reviews that I've read about Judge are positive, there are a few that seem to somewhat misrepresent the Judge that I know. So, I just wanted to share some additional perspective to help provide a more comprehensive view.

Cons

Judge is not going to be a universal fit for all folks. But, it's been and will continue to be a great career for many.

Pros

Great company to work for. Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Judge Group!

Cons

Some of the larger accounts moved a bit slower than normal - but great sales people were usually able to push clients for feedback/next steps in a timely manner.
