      None to mention. Would not recommend.

      Cons

      I am not sure how all locations are, but the one I worked at was not great. They treated the children very poorly, and would leave the children in dirty diapers. They also did not follow through with the role I was offered.

      Pros

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Other staff were fun and enjoyable. Children were a joy to be around. Decent benefits and decent pay for someone with experience. Center families were a joy to work with. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Super high turnover rate. Management team unfriendly and unprofessional. Only greeted favorite families and favorite staff members in the morning. Condescending tone when giving directions or instructions to staff.
