      co-workers were nice for the most part

      Cons

      Management was awful, immature and unprofessional. Everyone was stressed but its management's job to relieve that stress, not take it out on underpaid staff. Was there 10 hours a day with only a 30 minute break half the time.

      Pros

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Other staff were fun and enjoyable. Children were a joy to be around. Decent benefits and decent pay for someone with experience. Center families were a joy to work with. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Super high turnover rate. Management team unfriendly and unprofessional. Only greeted favorite families and favorite staff members in the morning. Condescending tone when giving directions or instructions to staff.
