      The children Some coworkers Bright colors.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional They don't want you to write an incident report when a child is hurt. They feed children miniscule portions and don't offer second helpings. They won't approve PTO if they don't feel like it. The management expects you to work as long or as little as they need you.

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Other staff were fun and enjoyable. Children were a joy to be around. Decent benefits and decent pay for someone with experience. Center families were a joy to work with. Great work-life balance.

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Super high turnover rate. Management team unfriendly and unprofessional. Only greeted favorite families and favorite staff members in the morning. Condescending tone when giving directions or instructions to staff.
