      Pros

      TLE Of Lake Nona is a great place to work. I'm coming up on my 3 years of full time employment with the company. My manager Amy Alvarado and Elizabeth Vercruysse is very supportive and i know i can count on her when making tough decisions. We have a curriculum department at the Corporate level that works tirelessly writing out the curriculum so that our teachers have it orhganized and makes their job much easy. This is a great company to be at. I'm happy to be part of this team. It feels like family.

      Pros

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Other staff were fun and enjoyable. Children were a joy to be around. Decent benefits and decent pay for someone with experience. Center families were a joy to work with. Great work-life balance.

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Super high turnover rate. Management team unfriendly and unprofessional. Only greeted favorite families and favorite staff members in the morning. Condescending tone when giving directions or instructions to staff.
