      Pros

      I was a lead preschool teacher for a 4-5 year old classroom. The directors at the time were absolutely wonderful. Supportive of all of the teachers. At the time I was there, ownership wasn't ideal but I did love working there. The main reason I left was because the commute was too far for me daily.

      Cons

      One con I would point out from time at TLE was that it was sometimes a hassle to request time off.

      Pros

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Other staff were fun and enjoyable. Children were a joy to be around. Decent benefits and decent pay for someone with experience. Center families were a joy to work with. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Super high turnover rate. Management team unfriendly and unprofessional. Only greeted favorite families and favorite staff members in the morning. Condescending tone when giving directions or instructions to staff.
