      mostly [professional staff , a director and asst. director that really listen and try to keep everyone happy, kids are great and happy, great curriculum, great bonus incentives for staff every month ,

      some of the staff are kept just because they need the staff but they are not always motivated staff kept around :(

      Pros

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Other staff were fun and enjoyable. Children were a joy to be around. Decent benefits and decent pay for someone with experience. Center families were a joy to work with. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Super high turnover rate. Management team unfriendly and unprofessional. Only greeted favorite families and favorite staff members in the morning. Condescending tone when giving directions or instructions to staff.
