      Love working with children and meeting parents. Loved that even when I wasn't working I could still make money babysitting children that attending TLE.

      Cons

      Some parents are very picky about their children and can be rude but this can come with any job.

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Other staff were fun and enjoyable. Children were a joy to be around. Decent benefits and decent pay for someone with experience. Center families were a joy to work with. Great work-life balance.

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Super high turnover rate. Management team unfriendly and unprofessional. Only greeted favorite families and favorite staff members in the morning. Condescending tone when giving directions or instructions to staff.
