Pros
I have been in the daycare profession for about 20 yrs. this is my first experience with a corporate owned site and I have nothing bad to say . I have dealt with several of the corporate managers and all very nice. I work at the montvale nj site and the management is amazing ! The staff I work with all truly care about the children . My experience there has been nothing but good in the almost 2 yrs. I have been with the company and as an added bonus I take my child with me who loves it as well .
Cons
The only thing I can say but more for the industry rather than specifically to Tle is I wish it was higher pay .
